Section 9.4 Disposition versions

2024-01-01

9.4. Any person who contravenes section 4, 5, 5.1 or 5.2, the fourth paragraph of section 6 or section 6.1, 6.1.1, 6.1.2, 6.2, 6.4 or 6.5 is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of

(1)  $2,000 to $100,000, in the case of a natural person;

(2)  $6,000 to $600,000, in all other cases.

9.4. Any person who contravenes section 4, 5, 5.1 or 5.2, the fourth paragraph of section 6 or section 6.1, 6.1,1, 6.2, 6.4 or 6.5 is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of

(1)  $2,000 to $100,000, in the case of a natural person;
